• 1. General

• Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the service. By using the online takeaway ordering service in this website provided by Genki Sushi (Hong Kong) Limited trading as sen-ryo ("sen-ryo"), you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. sen-ryo reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions anytime and will publish the changes on the website.

• 2. System Requirements of online takeaway ordering service

• In order to use this service, you are required to access the online ordering website through any internet connected devices including desktop computers, mobile phones or tablets. sen-ryo recommends the following browsers for the best experience:
• Internet Explorer 11/ Chrome 31 / Firefox 27 / Safari 7 or above
• Recommended screen resolution: 1024x768
• Javascript and Cookies turned on

• 3. Eligibility and Login

• 3.1 The online takeaway ordering service is opened to "sen-ryo Card " members and non-members in Hong Kong. Please read and agree the related Online Ordering Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy Statement before using the sen-ryo’s Online Takeaway Ordering system (“Online Ordering System”). sen-ryo Card is not transferable or assignable and is for the Cardholder's personal use and benefit only. Verification of the Cardholder's identity may be required. Users are held fully responsible for all the actions taken while using this service.
• 3.2 As sen-ryo member, you will need to use your sen-ryo Card number or registered email address and your password to login before you can place order through the Online Ordering System.
• 3.3 As sen-ryo Point Card user, you will need to use your sen-ryo Point Card number or registered email address and your verification code to login and place order through the Online Ordering System.
• 3.4 As Non sen-ryo member and sen-ryo Point Card user, you can place order through the Online Ordering System as Guest.
• 3.5 The spending on Online Ordering System will be counted in the accumulation in sen-ryo Card and Point Card account.
• 3.6 You shall be responsible for all the conducts being conducted on this website regardless of whether you are sen-ryo member or not.
• 3.7 sen-ryo has the absolute discretion to refuse the login of any person, or to terminate the access rights to the Online Ordering System from any person, for any reason whatsoever.

• 4. Online Takeaway Ordering

• 4.1 This website only provides takeaway ordering services. It does not provide delivery services.
• 4.2 Daily available pickup time is between 11:30am and 10:00pm. Same day order is allowed provided that the order has been placed for at least 2 hours prior to your planned pickup time.
• 4.3 For placing the order via our Online Ordering System, you need to provide your email address for receiving the order confirmation email and provide your phone number for contact purpose. If you are providing contact of another person, please ensure you have obtained the consent of such other person and you will be responsible for the personal information provided.
• 4.4 Customers' orders on this website are subject to acceptance and confirmation by sen-ryo. No order has been accepted until email confirmation has been issued by sen-ryo. Once the order is confirmed, the order is neither cancellable nor amendable.
• 4.5 Order's pick-up store and/or date and/or time cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed. Actual pick-up time may vary depending on the operation of the store and sen-ryo is not responsible for any delay from the scheduled pick-up time.
• 4.6 Separate orders and payment applied if takeaway orders are to be collected on different dates or at different stores.
• 4.7 sen-ryo reserves the right to dispose any item(s) in Customers’ order if you have failed to pick-up the order within 4 hours from the scheduled pick-up time.
• 4.8 You must show the valid order barcode on the order’s printed version to the store’s staff for verification. Each order number and its order barcode can be used for pick-up once only. Pick-up records held by sen-ryo shall be treated as the conclusive evidence without any dispute.
• 4.9 sen-ryo reserves the right to request for verification (including but not limited to the confirmation email or other identity document(s)) before you can pick-up the order.
• 4.10 sen-ryo reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order(s) and refund the amount to relevant credit card(s) within thirty (30) working days without prior notice.

• 5. "sen-ryo Lunar New Year Takeaway Platter" Online Ordering

• 5.1 For online ordering of "sen-ryo Lunar New Year Takeaway Platter" via this website/Online Ordering System, this clause 5 shall also apply. If there is any conflict between this clause and other clause in these Terms and Conditions with regard to online "sen-ryo Christmas Platter" order, this clause 5 shall prevail.
• 5.2 This website only provides takeaway ordering services. It does not provide delivery services.
• 5.3   “sen-ryo Lunar New Year Takeaway Platter member 20% Saving” promotion (“Offer 1”) is valid from January 22, 2024 to February 18, 2024 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). “sen-ryo Lunar New Year Takeaway Platter Mastercard Cardholders 15% Saving” promotion (“Offer 2”) is valid from January 22, 2024 to February 18, 2024 with both dates inclusive. “sen-ryo Lunar New Year Takeaway Platter General Customers 10% Saving” promotion (“Offer 3”) is valid from January 22, 2024 to February 18, 2024 with both dates inclusive. “Offer 1”, “Offer 2”, and “Offer 3” are collectively referred to as the “Offer”.
• 5.4 To enjoy the Offer 2, Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholders”) must order sen-ryo Lunar New Year Takeaway Platter (“Platter”) and settle the payment in full with Mastercard Cards issued in Hong Kong (“Mastercard”)(“Eligible Card”) within the Promotion Period.
• 5.5 Offer is only applicable to self-pick-up orders at all sen-ryo stores in Hong Kong and through sen-ryo online ordering at https://order.sen-ryo.com.hk/, but NOT applicable to dine-in or third-party takeaway platform or delivery services. 
• 5.6 Pick-up period of the Offer is from January 22, 2024 to February 18, 2024.
• 5.7 The Offer must be ordered at least one day in advance and collected in person at the sen-ryo stores at designated time.
• 5.8 If customers do not pick up the food at the pick-up time and date specified on the order form, the order will be forfeited and refund will not be offered. 
• 5.9 Offer cannot be used in conjunction with sen-ryo coupons, cash vouchers, other credit card offers, staff card, sen-ryo member birthday offer, shopping mall coupons and other promotional offers (Except yuu Maxim’s e-coupon). Furthermore, Offer 1, Offer 2 and/or Offer 3 cannot be used cumulatively within the same transaction.
• 5.10 sen-ryo members or Cardholders who use Offer 1 and Offer 2 respectively can enjoy the following additional benefits (“Benefit”) during the Promotion Period (Benefit I to II can be used in conjunction with each other at the same time, where applicable) :

1. Order a “sen-ryo Lunar New Year Party Set (For 5-6 People)” and get a FREE Kubota Senju Ginjo (720ml, value HK$320). Order two sets to get two bottles for free and so on. 
2. Order a “sen-ryo Lunar New Year Party Set (For 3-4 People)” and get a FREE Hokkaido MIREICA EDAM Cheesecake (Value HK$158). Order two sets to get two cakes for free and so on. 

• 5.11 A “Membership Recruitment” invitation will be offered to the eligible customer upon one-off spending of HK$500 or above on the Lunar New Year Platters or Valentine’s Day Takeaway Set (excluding third-party takeaway platform and delivery services). The spending amount is based on the original value while excluding the promotional offers or discounts. Store staff will provide a “Membership Recruitment” invitation to the eligible customer upon payment (in the case of self pick-up orders) or upon pick-up (in the case of online ordering). Please submit the application on or before the registration deadline stated on the “Membership Recruitment” invitation.
• 5.12 sen-ryo Point can be used but will not be awarded for Platters and the selected items.
• 5.13 sen-ryo online ordering is bounded by terms and conditions. Please refer to https://order.sen-ryo.com.hk/terms.
• 5.14 Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to anyone who is under 18 years old in the course of business.
• 5.15 sen-ryo is operated by Genki Sushi Hong Kong Limited (“sen-ryo”). sen-ryo is solely responsible for all products and services relating to the Offers offering to Eligible Cardholders. Mastercard is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
• 5.16 Mastercard shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
• 5.17 sen-ryo and Mastercard reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
• 5.18 In case of any disputes, the decision of sen-ryo and Mastercard shall be final.
• 5.19 In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

• 6. Product Information and Pricing

• 6.1 sen-ryo reserves the right to vary the price and other product details without notice. The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order.
• 6.2 sen-ryo shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, sen-ryo reserves the right to offer alternative product/s of similar value and style that its value is not less than the replaced item(s).
• 6.3 The prices posted on this website are for online takeaway ordering only. Prices for some products may differ from those charged at sen-ryo stores.
• 6.4 sen-ryo may at its absolute discretion from time to time set credit limits for anyone and/or restrict purchase quotas without notice.
• 6.5 Product information pricing and images are for reference only.
• 6.6 sen-ryo makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the merchandise included on the site on the site nor as to the merchandise being sold to you to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. sen-ryo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose. In no event that sen-ryo shall be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.

• 7. Use of sen-ryo Points (applicable to “sen-ryo Card” members)

• 7.1 sen-ryo Point Scheme can be used in accordance with the sen-ryo Point System. Please refer to http://members.sen-ryo.com.hk/en for details.
• 7.2 After deducting the sen-ryo Points, the remaining balance of the online order must be settled through online credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard or American Express).
• 7.3 sen-ryo Card's Birthday Offer and any promotional discount(s) does not apply to online takeaway ordering service.
• 7.4 sen-ryo membership information will need to be provided via the online platform prior to any payment or confirmation of customers’ order.

• 8. Payment

• 8.1 Payment for the online takeaway orders, after deducting the amount of sen-ryo Points used (if applicable) must be settled by a valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). By placing an order on the site, you warrant that (i) all payment information provided by you is truthful and accurate; (ii) the credit card you use to pay for your order has sufficient funds to cover the full transaction amount of your order and is active and has not expired or been canceled; and (iii) you are the holder (or an authorized user) of the credit card, and you authorize the full transaction amount of your order to be charged to your designated credit card.
• 8.2 All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars.
• 8.3 In order to provide a safe and trustworthy environment for online shopping, sen-ryo has used Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All personal information including your credit card number, name, email address and phone number would undergone encryption before transmitting through internet, to protect your information from reading by unauthorised third-party during transmission.
• 8.4 sen-ryo reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice and we will publish the latest terms on the website.
• 8.5 sen-ryo is not responsible for any loss of data or any loss and damage suffered by you for using this online ordering platform.

• 9. Order Pickup

• 9.1 The available order pickup time is between 11:30am and 10:00pm every day; certain dates and time slots may become unavailable for pickup at some stores due to operational reasons. Customers may select another date/time for order pickup.
• 9.2 If the order is not being picked up within 4 hours from the selected pickup time specified on the order, the order will be deemed forfeited and no refund will be made.
• 9.3 During pickup, you must show the valid order barcode or the order's printed version to the store's staff for verification. Each order number and its order barcode can be used for pickup once only. Pickup records held by sen-ryo shall be treated as the conclusive evidence without any dispute.
• 9.4 It is your duty to keep the order copies and its barcodes at a secured place. Anyone who picks up the orders with a valid pickup order and barcode will be deemed your authorized representative.

• 10. Refund and Cancellation



• 10.1 Once an order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled nor modified by the customer.
• 10.2 All items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable after the payment of the order completed. The customer cannot request for any refund or exchange.
